Dreams Dominicus is a family resort, located in Bayahibe, it was opened in 2016 and is in very good condition.
The positive of doing a photo session at Dreams Dominicus La Romana:
- The beach is crystal clear and calm.
- The sunset is impressive and its beautiful colors, but the ideal is to walk after the pier to capture it.
- It has a pier on the beach great for photos.
What we don't like about doing a photo shoot at Dreams Dominicus La Romana:
- The coast is narrow and full of chairs and has a very pronounced incline on the shore, which makes taking photos uncomfortable.
- Inside the hotel there are no gardens or beautiful places to take photos, the session is reduced to the beach.
- We honestly recommend not taking the photos inside the hotel, but walking a few steps towards the Catalonia hotel beach, which is longer and you can better appreciate the sunset and at the same time you can have the iconic Bayahibe lighthouse in the background.
Like a Photographer in La Romana I recommend you the best time to take photos is early in the morning, 8:30am or 5:30pm (depending on the season of the year, the time may vary).
