No worries — the Caribbean weather can be unpredictable, and we understand that completely. If it rains on your session day, we’ll reschedule at no additional cost. We want your photos to be beautiful, not rushed under a cloudy sky.

Everyone is welcome. There’s no limit on the number of people per session — whether it’s just the two of you or the whole family reunion. The more the merrier, and we know exactly how to manage groups of all sizes so that everyone looks great.

All packages include professional posing guidance throughout the session, a private password-protected digital gallery, and full personal printing rights — meaning you can print your photos as many times as you want, in any size, forever. What you see is what you get. No hidden extras.

We’ll guide you through everything you need to do. Depending on where you’re staying — a villa, the resort hotel, or a day visit — the process varies slightly. We’ll tell you exactly what to request and who to speak to, so by the time we arrive everything is ready. In some locations a fee applies, but you’ll know about it in advance. No surprises.

Your full edited gallery will be delivered within 48 working hours after your session — directly to your email. No waiting weeks. You’ll be back home sharing your photos before the vacation glow even fades.

Absolutely. Casa de Campo offers incredible variety — Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavón, the Marina, villa gardens, the Dye Fore terrace overlooking the Chavón River. During our conversation before the session, we’ll recommend the best spots based on your style, the time of day, and the light. We know every corner of this place.

The deposit is non-refundable, but it is fully transferable. If your plans change, you can apply it to a future session — valid for up to 12 months from the original booking date. We ask for it simply to hold your date, since confirmed spots fill up quickly, especially during high season.

The remaining balance is paid on the day of the session, before we begin. We accept cash in USD or Dominican pesos, as well as PayPal. Whichever is easier for you works for us — no complications, no surprises.
